There’s a new website called Pinterest that has taken the internet by storm. Basically, its a website to share inspiration from everything to cooking to home decor to fashion. It is essentially an online design board. Since discovering it, I have found so many cool ideas for cooking. To check out my Pinterest page, click here.
One of the first things I saw when I joined Pinterest was these popsicles. Not only do they look gorgeous, they are healthy too! I just love all the different colors of the fruit. You can use any fruit you’d like, and it is a great way to use up extra friut laying around the kitchen. You’ll want to use a clear juice in the popsicle so that the fruit will shine through. I found Capri Sun to work well, but you could also use white grape juice.
Ingredients:
Fruit of your choice (I used kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches and raspberries)
Capri sun juice bags or other clear juice
Directions:
Place various sliced fruits in the popsicle molds. Top off the molds with juice. Freeze and enjoy!
